We are looking for a senior quality engineer to the Release & Facility Contamination Control (QAO) section within the Quality Department. The Section works with a variety of quality assurance tasks such as evaluation of manufactured batches, investigation of deviations, production hygiene, quality support in construction projects. The Section is also involved in overall process improvements. This position is based in Solna, Sweden.
Key responsibilities
- To ensure that products are produced, controlled and released in accordance with applicable cGMP specifications, methods and SOPs.
- To review and approve specifications and reporting documentation.
- To participate in investigations and assess deviations & CC errands.
- To actively promote and propose continuous improvements in the working processes.
- To act as a back-up for the Qualified Person.
- It is an advantage if you have previous experience from LEAN, biotechnological processes or production hygiene.
About you
We are looking for a talented candidate with a degree in natural sciences with at least 5 years proven experience and interest in identifying and driving improvement projects within Life Science. It is very important that You have the ability to plan Your own work, seek out, identify and manage improvement projects. To fit this position, you must have the “know how” when assessing options to move forward with different quality issues. You are pro-active and performance oriented, with high integrity and You provide a high level of energy and passion. To be successful in this role prioritizing and organizing to be efficient comes natural to you. It is vital that you have excellent communication skills and collaborates well with different stakeholders on various levels. You express yourself well in Swedish and in English in speech and in writing.
